Digital Garden

This site is my digital garden — a place to log daily environment setup, errors, and insights; to systematically break down books I've read and notes on protein design; to organize technical topics like Git commands and bioinformatics software configuration; and to leave room for those flashes of inspiration that don't fit anywhere else yet. → Research Logs

Current Work

I have three things running in parallel: polishing the basic structure of this VitePress personal site, especially the auto-generated sidebar; organizing notes on protein folding kinetics to support design work; and exploring an automated workflow from Obsidian notes to blog publishing, so that the act of recording itself has a bit less friction.

Recording, to move forward better.
